Viewing all of that, I have an argument to place. Won’t heightening the the taxes harm more than help? Our unemployment rate of the labor force is currently at 9.2%–but might I add that if you are unemployed for longer than a specified time, you do not count as part of the American Labor force– and taxes have been climbing upwards, so how would heightening any taxes encourage spending more than before? If they are trying to balance taxes and spending, yet they have to higher taxes in order to balance the two, isn’t spending still too high? I would like you, as an American Citizen who pays their taxes, of how our money is being handled once it leaves our hands, and even while we are still trying to keep it in our wallets during these harsh times.

In the past few decades, society has worried about the climate changes in certain areas and other such problems, thus, blaming it on Global Warming caused by our CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. But upon further study and examination, I have come to a far more explained conclusion. And this conclusion is scientifically proven to occur every few thousand years. What it is, is explained as the poles switching. Now, I am aware that this may sound like some kind of conspiracy theory pulled off some cereal box, but truth is, it’s actually basic science that this would occur.

When the poles switch, it basically means that the North and South poles switch. Their magnetic pulls will reverse. But this does not mean it all happens at once. The time it takes for the magnetic pulls to reverse can take anywhere from ten minutes to hundreds of years. And so far, it would appear that ours has been trying to switch, more dramatically these past few years, for nearly fifty years. Why 50 years? I will explain that further on in my post as I explain the signs that point to the magnetic pulls switching.

Now how does the poles switching look like global warming? The answer to this question is that as the poles switch, the two coldest points on Earth are shifting. As these spots shift, the previous North and South pole begins to melt, no longer being the focus of the pulls. And these poles switching also means that the equator will change. It has been acknowledged in the March 2011 edition of Time Magazine on page 11. The North pole is actually moving 40 miles towards Russia, which infers that the South pole should be moving 40 miles northwards (Or what used to be north) toward South America. The equator should also be moving 40 miles, being that it is the center point between the two poles. The equator should now be somewhere farther north in Mexico rather than Ecuador. As all these points move around on our Earth, some places will freeze over and others will heat up. Northern Canada and Alaska should begin to become warmer spots, and cause the ice to melt, so it appears with the same symptom of global warming.

The other signs that point to the poles shifting rather than just what Time Magazine has said, is found in the dirt and under our own skin.

In the crust/dirt at the bottom of the ocean, where it is more affected by the magnetic fields of the poles and can store the magnetic energy in it, scientists have found “streaks” or “layers” in the dirt, proving that the poles have changed every few thousand years. The fresher the dirt is out of the fault lines as well, the more obvious these lines of different poles are. This information doesn’t need to be extensively researched as if you open any basic 9th grade science book, you can and will find it speaking on this in any section that mentions fault lines and plate tectonics. And based on the patterns found beneath the ocean in the crust/dirts, we are about due for another pole change and possibly even a tad past our due date.

The proof that is also beneath our skin as I say is something everyone knows of and wants a cure to. Cancer. I do support that the idea of cancers and tumors can be caused by working in coal mines or spending all your time around any radioactive or hazardous materials, but have you noticed how much the cancer rate has climbed? And some of these cancers are so random–such as eye cancers, heart cancers, brain cancers– that they cannot possibly be caused by ingestion or breathing in toxins. Instead, these cancers are actually caused by something that would make it inevitable for someone to assume global warming. As the poles move, it caused the ozone layer to be pulled closer to the earth and/or thin out in spots where it is stressed because of the movement. And the effect of thinner and/or less distance for the radioactive rays of the sun to cover before meeting with we humans and other mammals. It would cause us to first think of skin cancer, but these rays do not simply stop at your skin. They go deeper within your body and causes other types of cancers. And it may seem silly to say that cancer points to the poles switching, but has anyone noticed how prominent cancer has become over the past 50 years or so? And not only in older people who have had time to be exposed to dangerous forces and tasks, but cancer now occurs in children and babies as well, only a few years from the womb.

Global warming, based on the evidence and signs, is a misconception of what is really happening on our earth. I now encourage you, as a being who is curious of what is happening on our planet and what we may be facing, to go forth and research on your own about this theory. You will quickly learn that more signs encourage the poles moving rather than global warming, on multiple levels.

Regina Spektor is one of the best artists I have encountered in my years. Regina Spektor cannot be compared to any artists I’m aware of at this time, her voice so fresh and natural, not edited and chopped like other nationally popular artists.

Her voice is gentle enough to calm any hostile creature, sweet enough to express any emotion, and can apply to any genre of music. Regina Spektor has sung songs in genres like Jazz, Swing, Blues, A Cappella, Anti Folk, Indie Rock, Baroque Pop, and Pop. Her songs have also been sung in not only English, but in Russian as well. Her voice also can cover a large range of notes and sounds, from deeper sounds to the high flute-like noises.

Her lyrics are delicate, yet can be some of the emotionally strongest you will listen to. Songs like “Fidelity” and “Samson” example how gentle in nature and heart felt her songs can be, while songs like “Apres Moi” and “Oedipus”  can show the strength and power behind her singing. Regina Spektor is a musical expert when it comes to representing what she hears in her head. Many of her songs’ are actually stories, while others seem to be a mix of random phrases and statements that all somehow fit together to create absolutely beautiful music in both sound and emotion. Regina Spektor is also more of a lighthearted artist, unable to feed the listener’s bad mood, despite how some of her songs can be darker sounding. They are rather not darker, but are more of a relaxing, mellow sound that soothes instead.

The instruments she corporates in her music are very basic sounding instruments such as the piano and drums, or even just her knocking on her seat of the piano with her fist. Even though she uses very basic instruments, she knows how to weave them together into very eccentric and elaborate music.

DM Stith (David Michael Stith) may not be a completely new artist, having become an official artist in 2006, but has recently come to my attention. He has only written a few songs [compared to other artists which produce about 150 even if they are not nationally popular], but the few that he has are excellent.

His songs consist of a ghostly sound, that seems to haunt our ears with the emotion that he puts within them. The emotional content of his music is quite great, though on the darker side of the emotional scale. His songs like “Pity Dance” and “BMB”[or "Be My Baby" as the alternate name] example how his music has deeper, darker emotions within them and tie into metaphors, making you(the listener) have to tie the strings together to make sense of what he sings about. The content of his music means something to him, but the listener will have to take what they can from his music and make sense of it how they can since that his music seems to represent different things to different people.

His voice isn’t the low, crooner’s voice of male artist’s like Louis Armstrong or a voice like Matthew Bellamy who’s [voice] consists of a wide range between low and high. DM Stith’s voice seems to stay at the same octave most of the time in a very neutral level, almost like talking with a few rises and drops that aren’t too drastic. There is nothing wrong with that, but it makes the music far calmer and helps portray the raw emotion within it. It also means that his voice sounds exactly the same on the albums and live.

We the people should have the right to vote on a law like this, but it should be those who actually have jobs and pay all the taxes who should be voting! It is the people’s money that is being spent on others who do not contribute! And the fact that if we the people refuse to pay the tax that supports this bill and will end up in prison and suffering financially because of repossession and the other punishments the government gives for not paying taxes is wrong! We the people should have a choice on what to pay and what to do!  It is stated in the Constitution that the government is run by the people, for the people, NOT having laws passed behind the people’s backs that take away our own rights of choice!

Doing this to OUR country will also not help the economy! We are experiencing a “double dip recession”! The housing market is awful, many taxes have been added and no one is spending any money to help the money circulate in the economy! Why are we the people not spending any money? Because We are afraid to with all the taxes! Adding the healthcare tax will only frighten us more so!! The Constitution is being trampled and ignored with this healthcare bill!

We the people should be allowed to have our rights (if we WANT the healthcare bill or not), life (In the bill, it states that whomever is from the ages of 14-40 will have the greatest chance of receiving full coverage, elders can be “put to sleep” by doctors without consent of anyone in the family[, but decided by the doctor]while the other people who do not apply to that range will have to be on a waiting list that has a bureaucrat deciding if you DESERVE to receive treatment. Bureaucrats are not doctors.) And if most people can’t receive it, such as your children(the future of this country) and the elders, many are losing the right to life! And we the people have the right to happiness! Many people will be miserable working hard, long days for a pay that has a large deduction taken out to pay for the healthcare bill! Even worse, whomever is in office at the time is “immune” to the bill. Whomever is in the house at the time(including their families) do not apply to the bill and will receive special, private treatment without having to pay for the healthcare bill in their taxes.

We the people need to stand up and grabs the reins of OUR country and government once again and make sure that we keep our rights! We the people need to raise our voices and be heard by the government! We cannot go on ignoring the absurd demands being made and forced upon us as a country! This is the people’s America, the people’s government, and the people’s decision! Repeal the healthcare bill for the sake of our future!

Good Parts of Sims 2:

1. You can play as a zombie

2. You can get anyone pregnant, male or female, of any age.

3.  Sims aren’t in a bad mood forever after bad events.

4. Sims are in a great mood if all health bars are maxed.

5. You can play as a vampire.

6.  You can kill your sims with a list of choices (if you know the cheat)

7. There are MANY cheat codes.

8. The children of the Sims come out looking normal and like their parents.

9. There are MANY expansion packs.

10. Game runs smoothly (for the most part, because it does on mine)

11. You begin with many options for outfits when you install without mods.

Good Parts of Sims 3:

1. You can customize the color of EVERYTHING.

2. You can change Sims’ voices.

3. There are more stages of life for your Sim to go through without expansion packs.

4. You can walk around the neighborhood and not have to worry about waiting for it to load.

5.  You can change the length of how quickly you want the Sims to age.

6. You can play as a ghost.

7. The few expansion packs are good, since that they include traveling.

Downfalls of Sims 2:

1. You can’t play as a ghost, and they kill Sims.

2. You can’t change the color of everything.

3. The Sims age fairly slowly without cheats.

4. You don’t get to choose which shoes to put on Sims.

5. All the Sims look pretty much the same, facial wise.

Downfalls of Sims 3:

1. There aren’t many cheats.

2. Sims stay in bad moods because of “moodlets” for long amounts of time.

3. The game itself is such a large file, it crashes computers easily.

4. The game doesn’t include the best looking hairstyles(without mods).

5. Sims’ skin looks like pudding in many shades.

6. You can’t play as a zombie.

7. You can’t play as an alien or even get abducted.

8. Only young adult/ plain adult women Sims can get pregnant.

9. It’s harder to gain lifetime reward points.

Now for the personal review:

SIMS 2 IS BETTER. My computer, which is a PC, does not accept the PC version of the Sims 3, telling me there is no disc. And when I do turn on Sims 3, it crashes my computer and doesn’t save anything as soon as I begin playing as a Sim. All I’ve been aware of in Sims 3 is that my computer hates it, and I’ve only gotten the chance to play it maybe about 5 times (but I had to save every few minutes, and there was much crashing of my computer), and it wasn’t as magical as everyone says. And no matter how beautiful/handsome I made my Sims, their children all looked like…. I’ve never seen anything that resembles a human being so HIDEOUS. Sure, I loved customizing everything on the game, but I wanted to be able to play and not have to worry about my computer losing everything as soon as its on. Yes, I do own both Sims 2 and Sims 3, and I’ve recently given up on Sims 3 because that crashing and saving flaw hasn’t allowed me to play in a LONG time. I’m sure you’re aware of the Halgarth legacy over there, but it only got to one chapter because my game crashed on me and lost all memory of that legacy. So if you have $70 and plan on buying a Sims game, buy Sims 2 for $30 and use the left over $40 to buy at least 2 expansion packs.

The genre of this bands music is quite… I don’t think there is a specific genre for her. All I’m aware of though is that it covers a large range of unique and beautiful instruments, her voice seems to go from jazz to pop, and the contents of her lyrics are not only of love or hate, but of life and in the form of metaphor. (She’s British, so that probably makes a big difference[in a very good way])

The videos are all very captivating, knowing how to appeal to the eyes, yet keep you in tuned for what you are watching at the moment.

I would highly suggest her to other listeners.

I’m sure you’ve all heard of this movie… But I finally put aside two hours to watch it. And my conclusion? Punisher: WAR ZONE = FAIL.

Now sure, I’d say the violence level was a 10/10, but it was kinda cheesy. It was totally cool to watch the villains shoot each other and stab one another with silverware and all, but when people started blowing up while doing back flips and having their heads shot off, it kinda went down hill. So for the realism of the violence, I’d give it a 4/10.

I personally was enjoying watching the villain, his gang, and random people attack each other non-stop, but it became very repetitive after a short while.

For the seriousness of the video, I’d have to say 1/10 for multiple reasons. One: they have the messenger of “300″ that belonged to the Persians in it, so I couldn’t help but scream “This is Sparta!!” every single time his face is on the screen. I cannot take an actor seriously after I see them be kicked into a pit by a screaming, angry, ripped guy in his… underpants and cape…(?)

They also had Newman from the show “Seinfeld” in it. And he was the tough, weapons expert who was (I think) supposed to be a very serious character. He lived in a dark, ghetto apartment of New York that was filled with a lifetime supply of weapons… I’m sorry, I can’t see Newman being tough-weapons-expert.

Now for the official villain, Jigsaw. I couldn’t take him serious the entire time because first time I actually see his face, the little vampire-looking-emo-back-up-boy vomits. Oh, and Jigsaw seemed to know everything for some reason and be working with gangs that I really question the liability of.

And Jigsaw’s brother, Loony-Bin Larry, really didn’t help either. I know him originally as Percy from “The Green Mile”. Percy in that went into an insane asylum so when I see Larry(Percy) in the insane asylum, I thought aloud: “OMG! Percy’s been in the crazy house and hasn’t aged at all! He’s lost it! Percy’s lost it!” And when Larry began doing the smashing of the mirrors with his face and eating the fat guy, it honestly didn’t help.

But I will have to give the set a good score. Personally, the 1940′s abandoned hotel in the end scenes basically got me excited because One: that is where I think a fight scene is cool, and Two: I absolutely adore anything vintage.

The director’s show of how the Punisher began also helped because it didn’t go on forever and seemed really interesting. I found the flashes of it very intriguing because it got to the main point of what he felt. The perfect drama of that scene gets a 10/10.

So over all, this was a fairly good movie. I will have to watch it again, but it will be for kicks.
